Restaurant Operations Leader Reports to: Restaurant General Manager Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Operations Leader where you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless store operations, outstanding guest experiences, and strict adherence to company standards. In this engaging role, you will interact with guests, supervise staff, manage cash handling, and uphold cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant. You will work collaboratively with the Management Team to implement business strategies and provide essential training to peers while addressing any issues that arise with urgency and adherence to policy. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example and inspire your team, fostering a positive work environment. Actively seek and embrace feedback to promote personal and team growth. Understand how your role impacts guests, team members, and overall restaurant operations. Ensure compliance with our brand standards regarding service, food quality, and safety. Create a supportive atmosphere for team members to thrive and succeed. Engage with guests and effectively resolve any concerns that may arise. Recognize and respect all employees, promoting a culture of appreciation. Oversee sales and labor metrics using Rackson systems. Ensure that cash handling processes are consistently followed by the team. Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant to reflect our brand image. Efficiently plan and execute shift operations to meet business goals. Adhere to company protocols for cost control and resource use. Champion empathy, fairness, and teamwork in your leadership approach. Identify and nurture potential talent for future opportunities within the company. Utilize financial insights to enhance decision-making processes. Drive operational excellence throughout shift activities. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Be hands-on in supporting restaurant success by preparing food, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness as needed. Take on additional duties as required to ensure restaurant efficiency. What We Seek in You: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent experience in restaurant management. Previous experience in a fast food restaurant is essential. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish comprehension is a plus. Strong reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills are fundamental. Demonstrated leadership abilities, maintaining composure in challenging situations. Discretion in handling sensitive information and ability to consult stakeholders for assistance when necessary. Willingness to learn all facets of restaurant operations and work in various roles. Positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving others. Respectful and caring demeanor towards all team members. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and/or English. Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to take action. A mindset that embraces continuous learning and the willingness to admit mistakes and rectify them. Dependable attendance and punctuality for all assigned shifts. Reliable transportation for work commitments and company events/meetings. Availability to work various days and times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods; frequently bend, squat, and reach for items; and maintain safety in fluctuating temperatures across different restaurant areas.
