Temporary Westbrook, Maine Location: Westbrook, Maine Type: Temporary Job #20434 Corporate Account Sales Support Associate (On-site in Westbrook, ME)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmLocation: Must live in Maine and be able to work on-site 2 days a week.Pay range: $25-28/hrLooking for a role to keep your skills sharp where you can use your people skills, stay organized, and be part of a supportive team? We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and jumping in to solve problems when they pop up.What You'll Do Help our Corporate Account Managers keep customers happy and supported Work with new corporate accounts to get them set up smoothly Answer customer questions about pricing, billing, orders, or anything they need help with Coordinate with sales and support teams to make sure issues get resolved Keep customer info up to date and organized Pitch in on projects that improve how we work and how our customers experience us Top Skills We're Looking For Strong organization and time management - you like keeping things on track Juggling multiple tasks without stressing out Handling tough customer situations with patience and confidence Bonus Points Comfortable working independently and with a team You've been part of projects or process improvements You like talking with customers and building solid relationships A Few Things That Help You Succeed Experience in customer support or sales (nice to have, not required) Good communication and problem-solving skills Solid attention to detail Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) Bachelor's degree is helpful but not required-equivalent experience works too
