The Vibe Controller is the safe guard of our restaurant, and we take great pride in who we have representing us. The Concierge welcomes and entertains guests in a warm, friendly manner to provide a positive first impression of service while controlling the occupancy level of the restaurant. They are responsible for maintaining a safe VIBE for all our guests by managing the occupancy level and de-escalating any potentially unsafe situations. You will ensure everyone who comes through our doors as a guest will leave as a friend by being your authentic self.Requirements:Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication• Must be able to read, write and speak in English• Must have reliable transportationUnique Benefits:• Work alongside, learn and grow from fellow GOATs. Offered to all full-time team members.• Get rewarded for working with us Exclusive partnership discounts for theme parks, concerts, hotels and online shopping.Additional Info:Our Concierges are Responsible for:• Greet guests with hospitality and customer service• Ensuring all guests meet our age requirements, Check IDs• Observe and report suspicious activities and persons to management• Ensure proper occupancy levels and crowd control• Respond to alarms and security related incidents• Write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations to company for correction or follow-up actions• Provide needed assistance to customers, co-workers, and client management• Follow all Company Rules and Regulations• Being the welcome face of our restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to our guests.• Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business.• Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication with occupancy levels, and potential situations that may require de-escalation.• Being knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information, e.g. happy hour details or limited time offers
