Job Title: Operations Analyst - Business Insights & Reporting Location: Remote | Department: Business Operations | Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Business Operations team. This role is pivotal in designing, maintaining, and evolving dashboards and reporting systems that drive visibility, accountability, and strategic decision-making across our consulting business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of data visualization tools, a deep understanding of operational metrics, and experience in the consulting and life sciences sectors. Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development & Reporting Systems Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for: Revenue Forecasting Sales Operations Project Financial Management Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Utilization & Bench Management Operational KPIs and Executive Reporting Incentive Bonus Tracking Client Loyalty Program Metrics Project Estimation & Pricing Standardization Solution/Deal Review Process Administration Data Integration & Analysis Extract, transform, and analyze data from systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Projector PSA Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms Tool Proficiency & Automation Develop and automate reports using Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, and Power BI Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows Tool Proficiency & Automation Develop and automate reports using Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, and Power BI Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows Business Partnership Partner with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and HR teams to understand evolving reporting needs Translate business questions into analytical solutions that inform strategic decisions Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance operational transparency Support the standardization of estimation and pricing models across the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in an operations, business analytics, or reporting role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, and Power BI Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, and PSA tools like Projector Prior experience in a consulting environment; familiarity with life sciences industry is highly preferred Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable manner Preferred Attributes Experience supporting executive-level reporting and board-ready dashboards Familiarity with incentive compensation models and client loyalty metrics Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a passion for operational excellence We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
