Apply today and start your path to outstanding achievementResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Execute lead generation activities consistently every week Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in daily script practice per team standards Participate in team activities & meetings Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers QualificationsSkills You Have:Team player Licensed real estate professional (or plans to become one) 1+ years of sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded, and organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Motivated to build a business with excellent income opportunities About-our-teamAbout Ark Realty GroupArk Realty Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate team serving the Portland Metro area and beyond.
