Develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance profitability across all hotels. Collaborate with Hotel General Managers to establish performance goals, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to brand standards, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any complaints. Develop and manage regional budgets, oversee hotel expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Participate in the recruitment and development of hotel staff to cultivate a talented and engaged workforce. Evaluate the performance of Hotel General Managers and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development. Represent the hotel brand at industry events and within the community, fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop and execute regional strategies to increase occupancy, market share, and revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage. Guest Satisfaction & Loyalty: Prioritize guest satisfaction and ensure exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. Analyze guest feedback and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and manage guest loyalty programs to drive repeat business and cultivate brand advocacy. Pass Quality Brand Audits Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple properties preferred. Demonstrated success in leading hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Sound business acumen and financial management skills. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, and guest service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
