We invite passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our expanding team. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely. We are currently looking for candidates in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina. All applicants must possess a valid license in the state where they will be servicing clients or be willing to obtain the necessary licensure. For those seeking licensure in Texas or Georgia, we provide reimbursement for TX/GA licensing fees after your start date. Your Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments Develop and uphold individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise RBTs, including conducting monthly mentor meetings Collaborate with caregivers to provide effective training and support Engage in monthly BCBA Forums to enhance clinical care quality Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely, professional manner Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Licensed or willing to obtain licensure in Texas, Georgia, or South Carolina Experience in developing and implementing behavior-analytic treatment programs Valid driver's license Spanish bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory About Us At Hidden Talents ABA, we are committed to offering personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
