The coach will work collaboratively with teachers by providing instructional modeling, co-planning, classroom-embedded coaching, and individualized support, as well as facilitating teacher-led and inquiry-based professional learning opportunities. The Literacy Instructional Coach will focus on strengthening instructional practices that promote student engagement and ownership of learning. In partnership with administrators and teachers, the coach will collect, analyze, and interpret student performance data to inform instructional decision-making, monitor progress, and support continuous improvement in literacy outcomes.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:Salary Step 1 Bachelors ~ $40,000Board paid benefits, benefit guide is attached.12 paid time off days.School year as established by the Board and Administrators.Actual contract amount will commensurate with qualifications and experience.QUALIFICATIONS:Valid Missouri teaching certificate in the area applied for.Excelling communication skills and a positive attitude toward generating successful teamwork and a demonstrated ability to work with a variety of people in a variety of settings.District reserves the right to close any job posting when a suitable applicant has been found.Attachment(s): 2025-2026 Benefit Guide.pdf 2025-2026 Certified Salary Schedule.pdf
