This is a permanent hire position located in Princeton, IN with first shift, Monday – Friday position. Depending on experience the starting salary is up to $72,000. If you may be interested in learning more below is a brief overview:We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. This role is critical in optimizing our logistics and materials handling while fostering a productive team environment.DutiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities.Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.Oversee team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and logistics.Coordinate with e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders accurately and timely.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Handle heavy lifting tasks as required during peak operations.RequirementsProven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor.Ideally 3+ years of experience leading, training and motivating teamsStrong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes.Any familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400.Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practicesIf you would like to learn more about this position and team we encourage you to apply From there we can schedule an introductory phone conversation to go over the details and see if this may align with your career path.
