Educate customers about our menu, answer questions, and help them find their perfect drink. Demonstrate SERVE (Smile, Engage, Respect, Visible, Eager) principles consistently. Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Handle cash transactions and follow company cash-handling procedures. Support our team by communicating openly and stepping in where needed. Keep a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the approved dress code and maintain good personal hygiene that reflects our welcoming, customer-focused culture. Stay calm and confident during high-volume hours while maintaining excellent service. Deliver on The Three Things every shift: great customer service, a clean/organized store, and great drinks & products.
