About the job IT Sales - Japanese Language Proficiency (Hybrid)We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, particularly Microsoft products, and a proven track record of success in sales.[Responsibilities] Meet and exceed sales targets especially Microsoft solutions M365/PowerApps/Azure Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts (clientscommunications and conflict resolution) Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build long term relationships with partners and customers Propose and implement MS solutions to existing or new clients, clearlydemonstrating their added value Report to President Evaluate assigned accounts business processes and provide recommendations forautomation and enhancements that generate additional revenue. Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts.Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assignedaccounts.
