That's not all. They also stock and maintain display cases and help our meat cutters weigh, prepare, label and package products. This is just a general overview of their job duties. Associates are eligible for sick leave, compliant with the New Jersey Sick Leave Law, and additional vacation and personal paid time off is based on tenure and length of service based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
