The Superintendent will oversee project onsite coordination and management, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities and teams. The role also involves collaboration with PMs, Senior PMs, Superintendents and PAs, addressing challenges, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Travel may be required.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction ManagementStrong expertise in Project Coordination and Project ManagementExperience with onsite oversight for construction projectsExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesFamiliarity with relevant construction regulations and safety protocolsPrevious experience in construction or project management is preferred
