Our team is passionate about innovation, solving complex challenges, and delivering high-quality solutions.Internship Overview:We are seeking motivated students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program in Occupational Safety. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting safety programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management across the utility. Interns will work alongside experienced safety professionals to gain exposure to real-world safety practices in the energy industry.What You'll Do:*Assist with workplace safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments*Support incident investigation, documentation, and reporting*Participate in safety meetings, programs, and initiatives to promote a culture of safetyWhat We Offer:*Hands-on experience in occupational safety*Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced professionals* Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internshipAdditional Information:*Internships begin on May 18, 2026*Interns will work 40 hours per week for a period of 10-12 weeksPosition RequirementsQualified candidates must:* Be pursuing a degree in Science related field with laboratory experience (Safety, Chemistry, Biology or Medical preferred)* Have completed their first year at a 2-year college/university (transfer program) or 4-year college/university* Be enrolled as a full-time student Fall 2026* Successfully undergo pre-employment physical and drug screen if selected for this positionSalary Ranges:Rising Sophomore: $17.00 per hourRising Junior: $18.00 per hourRising Senior: $19.00 per hourWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.Back to top
