Job Summary: Sysco is actively seeking reliable CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will safely operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload and deliver a range of products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods, to customer locations following an established route schedule. Our drivers cultivate strong relationships with customers through their friendly demeanor while gaining a deep understanding of their operations to effectively meet their needs. QualificationsMinimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Capable of passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to handle touch freight, lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise. Preferred Requirements 1 year of customer delivery experience is preferred. 6 months of experience using hand carts or hand trucks is preferred. 6 months of experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
