Snapshot / Role OverviewWe're seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Atlanta, GA to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment for diverse commercial facilities.Impact• Ensure building comfort through expert troubleshooting and timely repairs• Build customer loyalty by delivering professional and reliable service• Support energy efficiency by optimizing HVAC system performance• Drive customer retention through quality preventive maintenanceResponsibilities• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, and boilers• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on commercial equipment• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues• Respond to emergency service calls and provide after-hours support• Document service activities and maintain accurate records• Communicate with customers on repair needs and recommendations• Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools• Follow safety protocols and company proceduresRequirementsMust-Haves• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience• EPA Universal certification• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems• Valid driver's license and clean driving recordNice-to-Haves• NATE certification or equivalent credentials• Experience with building automation systems• Knowledge of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems• Excellent customer service skillsCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive hourly rate depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, company vehicle, and on-call pay.Call to ActionIf you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
