About the CompanyOur client, a really unique company in La Mirada, CA that creates custom art installations and wall covering for large-scale residential and commercial interior design projects, is hiring for a Project Management Officer to report to the Director of Operations.About the RoleThis position will manage projects and business imperatives across Operations, Supply Chain, Creative, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to drive strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization. This is a fully onsite role M-F with hours of 7:00am-3:30/4:00pm.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain PMO standards, tools, templates, and best practicesDefine project intake, prioritization, and governance processesEnsure consistent project reporting, risk management, and escalationLead and oversee a portfolio of cross-functional initiativesPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Creative, Product, Sales, and Finance teamsFacilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and manage interdependenciesDrive continuous improvement and project management maturityCoach leaders and teams on project planning and executionManage and develop PMO team members (if applicable)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related fieldPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification8+ years of project or program management experience3+ years in a PMO leadership or senior project management roleExperience in manufacturing or operations-driven environmentsERP implementation experienceLean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) certificationExperience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments Required SkillsStrong execution and organizational skillsExpert in change management and implementationExcellent stakeholder and executive communicationAbility to lead without direct authorityPragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
