We specialize in all subject areas for students from kindergarten through grade 12. We hire only the best-certified teachers and subject matter experts—or those completing their degree in Education—and pay higher wages than the industry average.Job SummaryWe are seeking an In-Home Executive Functioning Coach to work one-on-one with students to help them develop essential skills for academic and personal success. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with organization, time management, task initiation, study strategies, and self-regulation.Responsibilities:Provide in-home, personalized coaching to help students strengthen executive functioning skills (organization, planning, time management, focus, etc.)Develop and implement customized strategies to meet each student's unique needs and learning styleSupport students in setting and achieving academic and personal goalsCommunicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss progress and strategies for continued successOffer supplemental academic and enrichment support when neededFoster independence, confidence, and motivation in studentsQualifications and SkillsWe are looking for teachers, subject matter experts (Master's students, PhD students, learning specialists, etc.), or soon-to-be teachers who meet the following criteria:Experience working with students on executive functioning or academic coachingEnergetic, patient, and empatheticCommitted to providing excellent, individualized supportStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to connect with and motivate studentsExperience working with diverse learning styles and needsBenefits and PerksCompetitive ratesFlexible hoursProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive work environmentOpportunity to be your own bossRequirementsA qualified applicant will have a bachelor's degree and meet at least one of the following criteria:Holds a valid Pennsylvania State teaching certificate (or equivalent)Is a current student teacher pursuing a teaching certificateHas two or more years of experience as a classroom teacher in a private or charter schoolHas experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. university or collegeIs a Master's/PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at an accredited U.S. university or college
