POSITION SUMMARYThe Clinique Specialty Beauty Advisor is key to maximizing sales of Clinique products (cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance). You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections while maintaining store standards. This role represents both the Ulta Beauty and Clinique brands and contributes to an outstanding customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Performance: Achieve sales goals for the Clinique brand and help meet overall store targets by providing excellent service and building customer loyalty. Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service by personalizing their experience, offering samples, and recommending products that perfectly meet their needs. Product Demonstrations: Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to engage guests effectively. Event Support: Assist in booking appointments for services and executing in-store events to create memorable experiences for guests. Relationship Building: Maintain strong customer relationships and actively engage with customers to grow a preferred client list. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and trends to better assist guests in discovering the right products for them. Maintain regular attendance and be proactive in engaging customers throughout your shift. CULTURE & COLLABORATION Foster an inclusive environment that supports all teammates and guests. Participate in store training sessions and collaborate with associates to drive business growth. Contribute to ongoing training to enhance your skills and drive sales performance for the Clinique brand. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a well-operated store environment. Adhere to dress code standards, representing the Clinique brand effectively. Keep workspaces organized and well-stocked, maintaining hygiene standards for all representative products. Assist with merchandise resets, displays, and inventory management for a streamlined shopping experience. Follow loss prevention protocols while delivering exceptional guest service. QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma preferred. A cosmetology or demonstrator license may be required by state law. Experience in cosmetics artistry is preferred. Strong sales skills, ability to build relationships, and effective communication are essential. WORK CONDITIONSThis role requires frequent mobility, standing, bending, and lifting during shifts. You should be comfortable working flexible hours—days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay range for this position starts at $18.00 and can go up to $28.00 per hour, based on education, qualifications, and experience.
