Your role is essential in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through a clean, friendly, and well-stocked environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of unique foodservice offerings according to established recipes. Ensure safe food handling practices are upheld at all times. Utilize various POS and transaction devices with competence. Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers. Complete all tasks outlined in the shift duty list. Maintain responsive communication with management and colleagues. Demonstrate the ability to concentrate while working in a dynamic environment. Work effectively on the store's busiest days. Adapt to a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Efficiently complete tasks while interacting positively with team members. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Engage in prolonged standing or walking for 8-12 hours. Perform frequent physical activities, including bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting heavy items (up to 40 lbs. or more).
