The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family management, knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit/Bond/conventional qualifications , and regional experience.The incumbent in this role will be responsible for managing multiple communities in an efficient and profitable manner and creating the greatest possible satisfaction and wellbeing of its residents, workforce and the communities in which it serves. These essential business objectives will be accomplished and in alignment with our operational goals and objectives for the region and the company overall. This role will be responsible for our communities in the region and consists of affordable, mixed income, senior, multifamily, and other conventional workforce communities.What You'll DoManage and lead a team of Community Managers and Property Management staff across multiple locationsEnsure compliance with legal administrative requirements and Fair Housing regulationsDevelop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenueHandle customer relationship management to enhance tenant satisfactionOversee property maintenance, budgeting, and financial performanceResolve conflicts and issues within the region effectivelyThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key leadership role in our real estate multifamily portfolio operations. If you meet the requirements and are ready What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills:7+ years of experience in a community management position10+ years in multifamily experience highly desiredMust possess intermediate skill level of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), property management systems, Internet and emailKnowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit/Bond/conventional qualifications highly required - Based on the needs of the region5-7 years of experience in regional property management industry requiredDesignations in the Multifamily and Affordable Housing Industry preferred i.e. CPM, HCCP, C3P, etc.Frequent travel within region as well as regional corporate and industry travel requiredExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and results-drivenBenefits401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insurance and paid parental leavePaid time off and holidaysEmployee assistance and discount programsScheduleMonday to Friday, 8-hour shiftsSaturdays as needed based on property requirementsWho We AreAt LSA Management, we're redefining what it means to manage communities.
