Responsibilities: Oversee the food service program ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of supplies and expenditures using HCSG software. Conduct staff training and quality control; fill in roles as needed. Communicate effectively with staff and client managers to execute directives and ensure smooth operations. Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure sanitation. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Foster positive interactions with team members and clients to enhance the dining experience. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred. Two years of experience in food production/service and team supervision preferred. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is a plus. Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification within the first 14 days of employment. Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within the first 60 days of employment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive attitude and effective communication with all stakeholders. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required. Ability to lift/carry or push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds. Proficient in basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting. Residency within the service area is required. Ready to Join Us?
