Please include your updated resume, writing sample & cover letter when submitting to jackie.tucker@gogpac.com Must have 3-5 years of SOLID corporate law experience Must be licensed in Pennsylvania Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must. Experience with general corporate matters, corporate governance, drafting securities offerings document Experience Venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial lending transactions, commercial contracts, and complex M&A transactions preferred. Tax and deal structuring a plus. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents Legal research and technical writing Handling general corporate matters Assisting with commercial lending transactions Ensuring corporate governance compliance Ability to excel in client communication Proficiency in legal research tools (WestLaw, anyone?)
