In this highly visible role, this person will partner closely with the CFO and provide financial support to various members of the executive team. The position is responsible for numerous financial planning and analysis activities, including, but not limited to budgeting, actual vs budget variance analysis, financial business case modelling, and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity to create and build the financial planning and analysis function. Further this individual will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day functions of the department are completed timely, accurately, efficiently, and in a compliant manner.Principal Financial Analyst DETAILS: Responsible for timely completion of financial reporting for company financials including monthly Board, departmental, and bank packages. (20%) Collaborate with CFO and Accounting to complete monthly close processincluding accrual coordination, financial statement preparation and analysis. (20%) Prepare detailed and complex ad hoc reports including summaries, analysis,and various business modeling. (20%) Operational and financial metric reporting and analytics including creation andmaintenance of dashboards. (15%) Lead annual budgeting and interim forecasting processes including revenue,departmental expenses, and financial statements. Principal Financial Analyst BACKGROUND: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent education andexperience, required.
