Position Highlights Guaranteed base salary of $600,000 plus productivity bonus Generous signing bonus and relocation assistance Flexible schedule, including a 4-day workweek option 1:6 call rotation (no more frequent than 1:4) at a Level II trauma center Immediate patient demand with dozens of procedures waiting Collaborative team culture-physicians socialize outside of work Operational support: external APPs for inbox management and added APP coverage for clinic and follow-ups 6 weeks of PTO plus CME allowance Comprehensive benefits, malpractice with tail, and retirement match Advanced procedures such as EUS and ERCP welcomed but not required Community Highlights - Oregon Nestled at the base of the Cascade Mountains, this town is a hidden gem offering the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and cultural charm.
