This role is responsible for resolving escalated client issues, researching billing discrepancies, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and adjustments. The analyst will proactively engage with clients regarding account status and collaborate closely with internal departments to maintain accurate financial and contractual records.
