Responsibilities Thoroughly review each loan file to confirm all documents are complete, accurate, and ready for underwriting. Utilize mortgage software to manage the entire loan process effectively. Ensure all loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are consistently met. Conduct audits and prepare quality files that align with closing objectives. Obtain necessary mortgage loan documentation from clients in a timely manner. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing is required. Essential knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs. In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process, including processing, closing, and funding of loans. Exceptional prioritization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with Encompass Software is a plus.
