This fast-paced, hands-on role is perfect for those who are mechanically inclined and thrive in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble marine engines and components using hand and power tools, fasteners, and specialized equipment.Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and quality procedures with precision.Operate machinery, air tools, hoists, and other equipment safely and effectively.Perform repetitive tasks with consistency while maintaining high standards of quality.Conduct inspections to identify errors, defects, or performance issues.Work across multiple stages of the assembly line, including pre-assembly, paint prep, post-paint, and shipping.Install and monitor engines on hot test stands to ensure proper functionality.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Strong hands-on mechanical and fabrication skills (repairs, builds, maintenance).Ability to use tools, follow instructions, and pay close attention to detail.Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Team player with a proactive attitude.Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to frequently lift/move up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Requires standing, using hands/tools, climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crouching.Regular exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and occasional loud environments (PPE provided).Vision requirements include close, peripheral, and depth perception.Why Join Us?You'll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team at a company recognized as one of the best places to work.
