This role may include welding, assembly, clean-up, and various tasks as assigned, ensuring production targets are met with high-quality standards. Essential Skills: High School diploma or GED Reliable attendance to support your skill development Commitment to attendance policies 1+ year of fabrication or welding experience preferred Strong safety awareness and participation in our safety culture Quality, accuracy, and thoroughness in all work Your Daily Tasks Will Include: Drilling, installing high-strength bolts, and grinding steel components Producing welds using SMAW, SAW, and FCAW processes Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper material handling Using safety equipment to prepare surfaces correctly Coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet work orders efficiently Completing additional tasks as directed by the supervisor Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Capability to push/move objects up to 50 lbs. of force Pulling requirements up to 122 lbs. of force Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel regularly Good range of motion needed for various tasks Agile fingers and thumbs necessary for precision work Work Environment: Work primarily indoors in a large warehouse or outdoors in all weather conditions Regular exposure to dust, fumes, noise, heavy equipment, and other potential hazards Safety gear such as glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots required Compensation: $23.67 - $26.67 Hourly Wage
