Job Type & Schedule Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed) Work Requirements Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Morris, MN (Required) Pay Range Competitive Pay: Maintenance Technicians: Up to $35 per flat-rate hour (based on experience and skill level) Main Line Technicians: Up to $48 per flat-rate hour (based on certification and diagnostic ability) Additional Incentives Performance-based bonuses and certification pay available Paid off-site training Relocation Assistance Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris will offer Relocation Assistance for qualified individuals. Job Description Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding our Stellantis service department and seeking both Maintenance Technicians and Main Line Technicians to join our growing team. You'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, working in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility with the latest factory tools and scan equipment. From oil changes and tire rotations to complex drivability and electrical repairs, every member of our team plays a key role in delivering the highest quality service to our customers. This position is ideal for technicians who are motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within a dealership that invests heavily in training and career development.
