Our Human Resources Team at the Greenville County School District is dedicated to advancing student achievement by recruiting and employing the highest qualified staff for our schools and to serve those with whom we work.Position is for the 2026-2027 School YearJob Title: School Psychologist InternQualifications:The person in this position should have the following credentials: Minimum of Bachelor's degree Graduate Student in a School Psychology Training Program Completed all required School Psychology coursework prior to beginning internship. Reports To:This person is directly responsible to the Director of Psychological Services.Supervises:This person has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Job Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with a mentor staff school psychologist within a Multi-Tiered Level of Support (MTSS) framework. Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel regarding students in the areas of social/emotional, behavioral and/or learning functioning. Serve as a resource to teachers and administrators for interventions and strategies to assist students. Conduct and write reports for psycho-educational screeners and comprehensive evaluations for preschool children (age three to five) and school-age children in grades kindergarten through 12. Interpret test results to parents and school personnel. Serve as a member on the Assistance Team. Attend multi-disciplinary and IEP meetings. Terms of the Employment:This is an internship for the 2026-2027 school year.
