Super Soccer Stars is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 5-10yrs to improve their soccer skills while instilling confidence and physical literacy. Our top-notch curriculum and low child-to-coach ratio create the perfect learning environment for our participants. With over 20 years of experience, we have established ourselves as the premier youth educational soccer program in the country. You will be a part of a team of dynamic coaches who share a commitment to providing every child with a positive and fun learning experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct soccer sessions that align with our curriculum and philosophyProvide individual and group instruction to children aged 5-10yrsFoster a fun and positive learning environment for childrenManage a group of up to 15 children in a sessionCommunicate with parents and administrative staff as neededAttend training and development sessions provided by the companyEnsure safety protocols are followed during sessionsCoach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommendEnd of season bonus program for lead coachesSponsored sports and first aid certificationsCoach of the season and coach of the year awardsSports store discountsFree programming for family and discounts for friendsOpportunities to work full-time and even become a franchise ownerRequirementsPassion for coaching and working with childrenActive, energetic, and enthusiastic personalityAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong soccer background and experience playing or coachingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience and the ability to adapt to different learning stylesAvailability to work flexible hours including weekends and eveningsBachelor's degree in physical education or related field (preferred)BenefitsCoach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommendEnd of season bonus program for lead coachesSponsored sports and first aid certificationsSports store discountsFree programming for family and discounts for friendsOpportunities to work full-time
