Physician will collaborate with a full time Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care at two nearby facilities. The two medium-sized facilities house patients in independent living cottages, assisted living apartments, long-term acute care floors, skilled nursing facilities and memory care units. The position is full time and comes with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Facilities are centrally located between Portland and Bangor, in one of the most beautiful areas in New England where neighborhoods are affordable, friendly and safe and schools are highly-rated.
