This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, takes pride in detail-oriented craftsmanship, and thrives in dynamic hospitality-style environments. In this role, you'll support ongoing upkeep and small-scale improvements at our Hamptons studio addressing repairs, light maintenance, fixture installation, paint + wallpaper touch-ups, and ensuring every detail of the space continues to look and perform at its best. This is a part-time, hourly contractor role based in the Hamptons.
The Facilities Support Technician will work closely with Studio Operations & Founders.
What We're Looking
For35+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or handyperson roles (hospitality/retail/boutique fitness a plus). Strong hands-on skills: carpentry, minor electrical, light plumbing, general repair. Skilled in installation + mounting (audio equipment, curtains, mirrors, shelving, fixtures). Exceptional attention to detail and clean-finish craftsmanship.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Based in the Hamptons with reliable transportation. Strong communicator with reliable follow-through. Able to respond to requests within ~48 hours and complete most tasks within ~1 week.
