We are looking for our next great team member to join us in filling the position of Concierge. The Concierge serves as a trusted ambassador of the hotel, delivering personalized guest services with exceptional attention to detail. This role assists guests with reservations, local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and special requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury experience. Provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, cultural sites, and attractions. Arrange dining reservations, event tickets, tours, spa appointments, and other guest requests. Coordinate transportation services, including chauffeured cars, taxis, ride shares, and airport transfers. Assist with VIP, long-stay, and special occasion requests, ensuring personalized experiences. Communication & Coordination Liaise with Front Desk, Bell/Valet, Housekeeping, In-Room Dining, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Maintain detailed logs of guest preferences, reservations, and special arrangements. Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction and timely completion. Knowledge & Recommendations Maintain expert knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events, nightlife, and cultural experiences. Build relationships with preferred partners, vendors, and service providers. Stay current on city events, festivals, and special experiences suitable for luxury travelers. Administration & Standards Manage bookings, confirmations, and billing related to guest services. Handle delivery and shipping requests, parcels, floral arrangements, and personal items. Ensure all interactions align with luxury service standards and hotel brand expectations. Does this sound like you?Previous experience as a Concierge or Guest Services professional in a luxury or upscale hotel. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of the local area, entertainment options, and cultural offerings. Ability to multitask and handle confidential or VIP matters with discretion. Proficiency with hotel systems and guest request platforms (e.g., Opera, Alice, HotSOS). Fluent in English; additional languages preferred. Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and positive attitude. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
