This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys curating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service to guests at our pool and beach areas, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and answering questions about offerings. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner. Make Cocktails consistently to the set standards set by F&B Leadership. Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside and beach service areas. Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve issues quickly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations. Promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in resort or outdoor settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry trays, supplies, and equipment (up to 50 lbs). Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays during the season. Food handler certification and/or responsible alcohol service certification a plus.
