Senior Network EngineerThis role is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and optimizing large-scale network infrastructure across all corporate, data center, and athletic locations. The Senior Network Engineer will serve as both a technical leader and trusted advisor — supporting innovation, developing network standards and best practices, and ensuring optimal network performance to deliver a seamless experience for the organization and its members.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and support technology solutions aligned with enterprise network strategies and business objectives.Develop operational standards, documentation, and processes for network engineering and operations.Recommend design solutions that balance redundancy, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.Stay current with emerging network technologies and assess their relevance to organizational goals.Assist in creating and maintaining network security guidelines, procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, HIPAA).Monitor network usage, analyze performance trends, and recommend proactive solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent technical implementations and support practices.Maintain detailed documentation of network topologies, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering complex network environments.4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls in multi-site deployments.4+ years of experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE 2.x).1+ year of experience in a senior or lead network engineering role.Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN architectures, routing, switching, and network security.Familiarity with cloud networking and SD-WAN technologies.Proven ability to lead network projects from concept to completion.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
