TruckPro is seeking aStore Manager Aftermarket Truck Parts whowillbe responsible for managing the overall daily operations for our heavy-duty truck parts retail location. The Store Manager is responsible for growing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability. This position is responsible for selecting, onboarding, developing, and retaining individuals within the store. The Store Manager operates with a high level of entrepreneurial spirit.Benefits for Store Manager:Competitive Pay (Base salary + incentive bonus)Day Shift; may involve an occasional Saturday store supportPaid TrainingEmployee Referral BonusMedical, Dental and Vision401K -- with company matchPaid Time Off -- NO WAITING PERIODPaid HolidaysCompany culture grounded in customer service and values its peopleStore Manager Responsibilities Include:Direct the Inside/Counter Sales team and Account Manager/Outside Sales team while building and maintaining key customer relationships and serviceDevelop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the storeAdminister financial matters including inventory management, collection and disbursement of funds, etc.Manage and coach associates engage with Human Resources to assist with organizational structure and planning, talent management and development and employee relations issuesPartner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategy regarding external and internal recruitment needsAdvise Regional Manager concerning issues related to store operationsPartner with Regional Sales Manager to develop short-term and long-term sales forecast for Account Manager/Outside Sales teamEnsure daily, weekly, and monthly financial requirements are completed as required; meet month-end close and cut off requirementsEnsure compliance, safety and vehicle policies are followed; oversee housekeeping and safety practices are executed throughout retail/services/ warehouseImplement any regional and corporate change initiatives,e. implementation of new systems, compensation plans, or other policies, practices, and proceduresRemain current in knowledge of all product linesSuccessful Store Manager Candidates Will Have:Five years of management experience to include full P&L responsibilities, inventory management, and people managementTwo years of experience in Operations and/or SalesHeavy-duty industry knowledge and experience (heavy-duty truck parts and/or heavy-duty service repair)Ability to operate power industrial equipment ( forklifts, etc. )Ability to lift up to 50+lbsTruckPro offers a stimulating workplace based on open collaboration, personal development, and future opportunities.
