Contract Manager, Social Analytics & Insights Contract Duration: December 8, 2025 – March 31, 2026 Role Purpose: Lead all social analytics and reporting for Marriott International's luxury brand portfolio. Measure the performance of social and content efforts, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate value. Drive process innovation and align insights with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Oversee cross-brand reporting using tools like Sprinklr to manage dashboards, compile analytics, and measure performance. Insights: Provide regular, actionable insights across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligning performance metrics with broader business and marketing objectives. Social Listening: Refine and manage social listening queries, reporting on key earned activity for the luxury brands. Trend Spotting: Conduct regular trends analysis, identifying opportunities for the clients to participate in or lead cultural conversations with a luxury focus. Collaboration: Serve as a specialist resource, providing weekly data and insights support to the Group Account Director and brand-specific team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6-10 years in digital marketing, specializing in social media data, strategy, and analytics. Expertise: Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and presenting actionable insights. Required expertise with Sprinklr or similar platforms. Mindset: Exceptionally organized, adaptable, nimble problem-solver, and a strong collaborative team player. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey insights and processes to internal and client teams. Working Hours: Ability to work in US East Coast hours to align with the Client.
