Job DescriptionCommercial Business Litigation Attorney - AM Law FirmPalm Beach FloridaAn AM Law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Business Litigation Attorney with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial business matters alongside some of the top attorneys in the field.Responsibilities: Represent clients in all phases of commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals. Develop strategic case plans, conduct in-depth legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex commercial business disputes. Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery and document production. Handle and defend depositions, including expert witness preparation and examination. Appear in both state and federal courts for hearings, status conferences, and trials. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and licensed in Florida. Admission to at least one federal court is required. Proven experience representing clients in commercial business litigation matters. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive client service.
