Responsibilities: Our Dental Hygiene Specialists are essential in providing direct dental care and associated services under the dentist's supervision and supporting the overall office environment. Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient Conduct direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride applications, and related procedures Provide outstanding customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care Educate patients and parents on effective oral hygiene practices Assess patients' dental condition and review their medical histories Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary Take x-rays and store them in patient charts as needed Offer memorable patient experiences by demonstrating compassion Qualifications: Requirements: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire) We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation in our workplace.
