If you are passionate about delivering authentic and genuine guest service, submit your resume to applyRequired Skills and Abilities: -At least two to three (2-3) years of banquet captain experience required -Ability to work a flexible schedule including AM, PM shifts, weekends and holidays -Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage and banquet etiquette -Strong interpersonal skills to assess client needs and resolve concerns with events -Able to stand on feet for long periods of time and carry, push and pull at least 25 pounds Job Description: -Attend banquet event order meetings, review banquet event orders and ensure meeting space is neat and clean and event set up is accurate and completely followed. -Supervise banquet housepersons and banquet servers to ensure event set up is correct and events are successful. -Coordinate with culinary team to ensure service of food is on time. -Communicate all banquet event order changes to catering sales and affected departments. -Operate as a banquet server; setting-up, greeting and serving the guest and breaking-down the function. -Inspect banquet areas at end of function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean.
