Utility Worker

Job Title: Utility WorkerJob DescriptionSeeking a skilled and mechanically inclined utility worker to add to our growing team. This individual will assist technicians and perform lower-level repairs and rework on electric vehicles to ensure each unit meets all functional and quality standards before release. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn new skills.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs on electric vehicles according to defined processes.Rework to correct manufacturing or assembly issues identified by Quality or Engineering.Diagnose issues using tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software.Execute repairs following approved work instructions, torque specifications, and safety protocols.Verify repair quality and functionality before vehicle release.Document all repair and rework activities accurately in tracking systems or travelers.Skills & Qualifications~1 year of hands-on experience in assembly or auto mechanic workStrong understanding of mechanical knowledgeAbility to understand and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructionsBasic computer skills for data entry and work documentationHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy Work Here?This opportunity allows you to contribute to the ramp-up of a new site in the Midwest for a reputable EV company that is actively expanding and growing.
