Responsibilities: • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Familiar with leasing regulations • Must live within daily driving distance to the office • Commission opportunity • Must have working rights in the USA • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Compensation: $160,000 at plan•Compensation:$160,000 per year
