We are looking for a passionate Special Education instructor to join our team in Crosby, ND, and assist our students in reaching their fullest potential. Your Role Would Include: Developing and executing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with special requirements. Providing direct instruction across a range of subjects to facilitate learning. Collaborating with general education teachers to customize curricula and support students with diverse learning needs. Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies as necessary to enhance learning outcomes. Maintaining open communication with parents and team members to foster student success and engagement. What We Are Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A valid teaching license in Special Education, or the willingness to obtain one. Experience with and understanding of the diverse needs of students with learning challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A genuine passion for motivating students to achieve their academic and social goals. Why Join Us?
