We're currently seeking a Part-Time COTA who wants to make a meaningful impact without the stress of overwhelming paperwork and strict hours. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide in-home occupational therapy treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT. Track patient progress, adapt therapy plans, and support patients in achieving their daily goals. Educate patients and caregivers on safe practices for daily activities. Maintain clear and efficient documentation using our user-friendly EMR. Deliver hands-on care that is engaging and impactful.
