If you have a passion for keeping properties in top condition and enjoy helping residents feel at home, wed love to have you on our team/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform routine maintenance in residents apartments/liliTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues/liliComplete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service/liliPerform unit turnovers / make-readies/liliMaintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work/liliCollaborate with team members to improve service efficiency/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliPrevious maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting/liliKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs/liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail/liliTools and reliable transportation.
