Overview Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Greet guests and attend to theirpool-related needs, including but not limited to distributing fresh towels, assisting with chairs and umbrellas, confirming registration, and issuing recreational equipment. * Clean and maintain thepoolarea including, but not limited to, furniture, decks,pooltiles, showers, cabanas, and walkways to ensure a safe and inviting environment. * Collect and replenishpooltowels and monitor inventory to minimize loss. * Maintain recreational equipment such as umbrellas,pooltoys, and other amenities, ensuring all are in good working order. * Monitorpooland recreation areas for proper use and address or report potential hazards in accordance with safety standards. * Observepooland activity areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules. * Assist with planning and organizing seasonal or themed events (e.g., holiday activities,poolparties, family games). * Lead and participate in daily recreational andpoolside activities, such as games, contests, arts and crafts, and themed events to engage and entertain guests of all ages. * Assist in developing creative and interactive recreation programs that enhance the overall guest experience. * Provide guests with information regarding resort amenities, activities, and local attractions, promoting engagement in scheduled recreation or hotel events. * Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries,requests, and service issues in a friendly and efficient manner. * Support overall outlet operations as needed. * Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 6 months customer service experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Willingness to obtain a CPR certification Must be at least 18 years old Must be detail oriented, have high standards, and able to work independently Compensation Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
