Position Title: Senior Technician/Team LeaderOSS Headquarters: Edmond, OKLocation: Tulsa, OKDescriptionOrion Security Solutions (OSS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician/Team Leader for a full-time position based in Tulsa, OK. We differentiate ourselves by employing top industry professionals and delivering the highest-quality solutions and customer experience.The Senior Technician/Team Leader plays a critical role in directing site technicians to ensure effective and efficient installation and integration of security systems. This position requires strong leadership, personnel coordination, and time-management abilities to successfully organize, guide, and support project teams.Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Experience 4+ years of relevant low voltage and/or security field experienceRelevant experience may include supervisory roles and work in Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection installation, system design, or other low-voltage system installation. Desired Skill Set Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Programming and operational proficiency with various security systems, including video surveillance and access control Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional conflict resolution abilities Working knowledge of cable infrastructure Additional technical or leadership skills that support successful project execution Areas of Responsibility Lead installation and integration teams to complete projects on schedule and within budget Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project management plan is executed effectively Maintain transparency and regular communication regarding project status, needs, and expectations Mentor, train, and support technician team members Coordinate with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure work aligns with the outlined scope Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and report any incidents Perform additional duties as assigned to support OSS operations Travel Requirements Travel is required. Physical Requirements Regularly required to run; stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle tools and equipment; reach; climb stairs and ladders; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; talk; and hear Standing required up to 95% of each scheduled shift Must be able to perform tasks requiring close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and precise focus adjustment Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally Must be able to push/pull 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally
