This is why you willhear our residents often say, "I feel like I'm at home," and "I feel like Ihave family here."If you are a dynamic person lookingto put your experience and excellence to work for the cause of assistingseniors, we would like to speak with you about this awesome opportunity to joinour purpose-driven and growing teamAs the EnvironmentalService Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Performingall required preventive maintenance tasks according to these schedules Makingregular QA rounds of all building areas to observe cleanliness, safety, andworking conditions Assigningdaily duties to Environmental Services staff, supervises performance, andmaintain an adequate inventory maintenance supplies Followsafety policies and use safe work practices The ideal candidate willpossess the following: Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED) 1year of Maintenance experience 1year Management experience Abilityto read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations Ability to be on-call to handle issues that arise at the facility Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; positionself to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
